The stay was quite pleasant with the highlight being the excellent variety of food at the buffet, where I savored many traditional Tunisian dishes. i stayed at el mouradi for a week, and it was better than expected. my kids were able to play safely while enjoying the friendly atmosphere. the freshly prepared pizza and waffles were definitely a hit with the family.
the air conditioning in our room was not working.

I had a lovely stay at El Mouradi Djerba Menzel! The private bathroom and satellite TV in our Double Room made things comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the delightful food selection, and the pool area was beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxation.
The air conditioning was not as effective as I hoped.

The location was ideal for exploring various outdoor excursions by taxi or hiking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. they promptly resolved our initial room issue and provided us with an even better alternative. The garden view from our room was a delightful highlight, making our experience truly enjoyable.

The room was pretty rough, honestly. Super moist everywhere, and the air was hard to breathe. Lots of stains on the walls. It really brought down the vibe, especially when the common areas and pools looked nice. I mean, it’s a shame because the hotel had potential, but the room situation was a total letdown.
